


The hydrothermal is a reaction taken under the high pressure and high temperature conditions.
Because the homogeneous and inhomogeneous nucleation mechanisms of hydrothermal reactions differ from the diffusion mechanism of solid-phase reactions, new compounds and materials can be prepared.
In this equipment, the design pressure is 8MPa, design temperature is 230°C, so it is also called as hydrothermal autoclave reactor.

The heating principle:
- The kettle is heated by the heating jacket surrounded.
It uses electrci rods to heat the oil inside the heating jacket. There are 6 rods for heating. The number the rods is decided by the rods' specification and required heating power by the reaction. The power of heating are caculated as per the jacket volume, reactor volume, the medium thermal property, required temperature.
- The inner cooling coils are assembled inside the heating jacket for temperature accurately controlling purposes.
- The black box in left picture is the Ex proof case of the cables, it could stop the electrci sparking happening.

- The enforced main flanges for the reactor is applied to meet high pressure demand.
- The thickness of the flanges and number of bolts are caculated as per the flange standard of high pressure application.
- The magnetic shaft sleeve coupler is used for high pressure requirement.
- The other ports opened on the reactor lid as welded or using thread joint method.
- The inner surface of the reactor is Hastelloy, which is used to resistant the high corrosion caused by the medium and reaction product.

1, Siemens PLC controller+ touch screen control one (frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, temperature display, program temperature control, pressure display, overpressure alarm and shutdown, with timing function) temperature control accuracy ±1℃, non-explosion-proof, installed outside the explosion-proof area.
2, A magnetic coupler (gas contact material C22, viscosity 10000cps), with explosion-proof inverter motor reducer.(Ordinary material, explosion-proof grade dIIBT4) 3, equipped with explosion-proof electric heating rod.
4. C22 needle valve, C276 diaphragm pressure gauge, C276 diaphragm explosion-proof pressure transmitter, safety valve (internals C-276), explosion-proof temperature sensor, blind plate at feeding port, and expansion valve at discharge port.
5. Material:
Inner cylinder, head material C22+ Q345R composite plate, other contact materials in the kettle material C22, flange, kettle cover material 16Mn +C22, jacket material Q345R, kettle cover needle valve material C22, kettle cover pipe material 22, discharge valve material C22, coupling and upper shaft material C22.
