Title of product introduction

This is a classical reactor system that is widely used for the reaction with distillation request. 
The only difference is it is made from Duplex stainless steel which is not as frenquently used as the other equipment made from commen stainless steel.

Ports and Nozzles: 
The ports opening is assembled with required nozzles, with valve, positive and negative pressure gauge (316L), safety valve (internals 316L), flame arrestor, explosion-proof platinum resistance thermalmeter, explosion-proof pressure transmitter, sight glasses, blind plate, discharge valve, liquid level meter port, condenser, asn wrenches.
The valves on reactor lid is made from duplex stainless steel 904L.
Valves close to reactor head:
Because they will contact the medium, so they are using 904L material too.
Flanges:
The reactor body flange and all pipe flange bolts and nuts with PTFE nuts.
Main flange
The flange of the reactor kettle is made from carbon steel , and it is surfacing welded with duplex stainless steel 904L. The weld thickness is over 4mm for sufficient corrosive resistance.
The distillation accessories
Inclined condensing column:
Size: Dia. is 76mm, effective length is 800mm.  
Material: duplex stainless steel
Flange connected
Tubular Condenser:
Size: Dia. is 180mm. Effective length is 600mm.
Material: DSS 904L.
Flange sealed at both ends.
Receiving tanks:
100L and 20L, DSS 904L.
The upper expansion valve material is 904L
Double-end mechanical seal
The material to contact the gas is 316L. It is equiped with a balance tank.
The machinery frame is covered with a stainless steel shield. It has a explosion-proof motor reducer.(explosion proof grade dIICT4)
PLC controller:
Intelligent touch creen control programes are intergrated.
The temperature, stirring speed, pressure are displayed and controlled.
Touch screen brand is Siemens.
Explosion proof housing, ex-proof grade is also dIICT4.
Real-time display of working, and remote transmission to DCS with fiber optic transeiver.
Double jacketed design reator cylinder:
The material of the kettle head and other materials in contact with the kettle is 904L, and the flange material is carbon steel surfacing welding with DSS 904L (surfacing thickness ≥4mm).,
Polishing ratio in the kettle is 0.6um, and the external surface finish is 1.0~1.2um.
The inner jacket is for external circulation heating method.
The outer jacket is for insulation usage. It is filled with aluminum silicate wool.
Discharge valve
It is also made from DSS 904L.

Besides the S904L, we there are also other types of deplex stainless steel optional in our plant. Their grades including 2507、2205、and 2503. Each of them have their own advantages for the reactor manufacturing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiry.
Vacuum pump
Model: 2X-15L/s , explosion-proof (explosion-proof grade CT4),
Pipelines are equiped accordingly.
The idling vacuum degree  is 5000Pa.

Motor: 2.2KW, Exproof feature. 
Double end mechanical sealing shaft sleeve: It has a better sealing performance than packing sealing coupler. And it is sufficient for the Ex proof request of the application asked by client.
Helical sprial ribbon blade: This type of blade could offer a very uniform mixing for the medium with high viscosity at slow stirring speed. The blade is made from DSS too.
2, Reactor lid
The inner part of the lid is surfacing welding with DSS 904L.
3, Reactor body
The cylinder wall is made from 904lL plate.
4, Condensers
It consists of an inclined condensing column and a larger tubular condenser. Both of them are using 904L material.
5, Receiving tanks
The tank material is also duplex stainless steel.
6, Vaccum pump
The parts inside the pump that to contact the medium is 904L.
Power supply: 380V/50HZ/three-phase five-wire system, with electrostatic grounding plate.
7, Supporting rack
The rack is made from carbon steel square pipe. 
It is polished and spray painted after completion.
