Agitator Motor: ᆞ 7.5KW, Horizontal. ᆞ The high stirring speed requirement result the applying of 7.5 KW motor for this reactor. Mechanical sealing coupler: ᆞ It is equiped with the mechanical sealing shaft sleeve, which is using stainless steel lined flange connected. Blade: ᆞ Two layers paddle type. ᆞ Stirring speed 0~300RPM. ᆞ The parts works inside the kettle are made from stainless steel. |
| Cylinder Structure: ᆞ The reactor is designed with openable style structure, that is using S304 lined flanges sealing the cylinder and head. ᆞ The thickness of the cylinder wall is 16mm with good robust. Heating jacket: ᆞ The kettle of reactor is heated with steam from the evaporator. The vapor will get into the jacket with baffles via the inlet port, and get out via the outlet port on the carbon steel jacket. The design temperature is 170 °C. ᆞ Its inlet nozzle is welded at the bottom head of the reactor kettle, and outlet nozzle is welded at the side wall of the kettle. Inner cooling coils: There is stainless steel inner coils assembled inside the kettle for cooling purposes when needed. |

Ports and nozzles ᆞ The ports are customized, and welded with flanges. ᆞ The nozzles are applying the standard stainless steel pipe with accordingly thickness. ᆞ The branch pipe welded at the side of pressure monitoring nozzle is to be assembled with the pressure gauge. ᆞ The flanges for ports are standard parts, which are made as per the requried standandards, including ASME, ISO, GB, EAC, PET, etc. |
