Stirrer / Agitator Magnetic Sealing Shaft Sleeve, Length 673mm, Flange dia. 400mm. The magnectic sealing coupler could offer ZERO leakage for the reactor, so it is usually used in high pressure applications. Motor: 7.5KW, Ex proof. Reducer: Reduction-ratio is 5:1. The combination of above parts could offer a large torque for the stirrer. So, it ensure a high stirring speed at upto 350 RPM for the double layers of paddle baldes. Flanges The flanges of ports are enforced for high pressure requirement. The bolts and thickness are customized to bear high pressure. The nozzles are also customized to meet high pressure demand. |
| Cylinder Larger diameter The high speed requirement for the reactor requires a large motor power, consequently a larger size of the motor rack. So, there will be no place left for the other ports, especially the solid medium feeding port, which is required DN150, if applying with ordinary diameter of the kettle. Resulting a stocky profile of the reactor with the fixed volume requirement. The number of stirrers layer becomes two rather than three because of the shorten of the height. The cost saving requirement from clients made the material to be clad plate. |

Jackets Outside of the heating jacket, a insulation jacket filling with rock wool is applied, so it would prevent the heat from escaping from the external wall of the heating jacket. The jacket heating is the indirect heating method, providing a gentle temperature changing. Together with the effert of stirrer, it could make the reaction even and ample. Inner coils The inner coils is assembled inside the jacket instead of the kettle. It will save the room inside the kettle, although sacrificing the temeprature reducing speed, which doesn't matter as it is not essential feature requirement by client. |
