Title of product Features

Kettle Body:
  • Cylinder Size: Dia.2000mm * H2900mm
  • Total height: About 6600mm including the motor and agitator.
  • The Dia./Height ratio is specially chosen for batch producing for the chemicals.
  • The housing of jacket is 100mm away from the reaction kettle's wall. And it leaving sufficient room for the steam inlet and outlet, and enough heating exchanging area.
  • An gas expel port is opened perticularly so to ensure the pressure inside the jacket wouldn't exceed the high limit.
  • It is made as per closse type for high pressure application. The welding seam is 100% inspected with NDT. 
Agitator:
The reaction requires an uniform mixing of the medium, so this part is adopted for this purpose.
  • The stirrer is made from three sets of blades. The design could generate a totally vortex of the medium.
  • All of the blades are bolted and they are disassembled when maintains are required.
  • The strirring shaft is connected with  driving shaft by the shalf coupler. It is removable too.
  • The shaft sleeve coupler is magnetic, which has advantage of high torque, high sealing, and high strength.
  • The specification of motor and reducer are selected by our engineer as per customer's request on the stirring speed. 
Other parts:
  • The ports and nozzles are customized as per clients request.
  • The manhole's size is also customizable.
  • The inner cooling coils are designed to give enough heat exchange area. By this mean, it could offer high cooling efficiency.
  • The accessaries including the temperature meter, pressure gauge, valves, FVD, controllers have explosion proof features, and their material that contacts the medium are stainless steel S316L.
  • The lugs are welded on the jacket. Its profile and position are also customized as per customer's request.
Closeup of the port and nozzle:
  • The ports of are opened on the reactor head and jacket.
  • They are firmly welded with seamless steel pipe. The welds need 100% NDT inspection.
  • Some of the ports needs to be reinforced.
  • The stretch lengthes of the ports are customized.
  • Usually, for the industry reactor, we apply flanges with high strength bolts for the nozzles.
