This is a powerful 10-liter laboratory reactor. It is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel S301603 material. The kettle has cooling coils and jacketed oil bath heating with insulation. It is a custom reactor ordered by a laboratory.  The heating, as well as the motor, is controlled by PID intelligent meter.

Motor:

It is applied to drive the double layer paddle stirrer at the speed up to 500RPM.
ᆞAssembly type: Aside mounting.
This assembly type is usually applied to the lab reactors, that has small area on their head for the ports.

jacket ports and nozzles
Double Jacket.
Thermal oil circulation jacket.
ᆞThis jacket is welded under the main flange and it is attached to the kettle.
ᆞThe thermal medium go through the jacket and heat the kettle as it is flowing.
ᆞThe oil inlet port is opened on the cylinder of the jacket, and strentches out of the insulation jacket.
ᆞThe oil outlet port is opened at the bottom of the jacket cylinder.
These ports will connect to the pipes to the external circulation tank, which maintain the thermal oil at 170°C.
ᆞThere is an expander connects to the jacket. It is used to contain the expanded the extral heated oil, so to prevent the jacket from damaging.
Insulation jacket.
It is used to prevent the heat from releasing, then to save the energy and protect the operator from heat harzard.
Ports and Nozzles:
Ports for charging:
The reactant phases including gas, liquid and solid powder.  So, there are charging ports for all of three phases. 
Ports for functions:
ᆞBecause of heating and pressure required by reaction, the thermalmeter and pressure gauge ports are needed.
ᆞThe ports for inner cooling coils.
Discharge port:
ᆞThis port is opened under the kettle, which is connecting to the downward discharge valve.
ᆞThe long spindle of the valve could cool and handle to acceptable level when operator manully turn it.
ᆞThe material of the valve is S316L.
All above ports are commen ports for lab purposes. Sometimes, the reserve ports are almost made as per customer's request.
