First of all, the kettle body material in contact with the reactant must be stainless steel. The stainless steel has high corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and withstand high pressure and vacuum. Our company can use all kinds of stainless steel plate to make kettle body.

According to the customer demands, our company can made reactor with pure stainless steel plate, or stainless steel cladding carbon steel plate. The latter we usually call stainless steel cladding plate reactor. The picture in left is the 1000L jacketed stainless steel reactor made by us. |
Secondly, the stirrer of stainless steel reactor is also made of stainless steel. It reaches inside the medium and stirs the material. The stirring device usually driven by the electric motor, to mix the reactants evenly and improve the reaction speed and efficiency. According to the different material phases, we provide various shapes of stirrers, so that the material can be mixed evenly.
Again, according to the temperature requirements of medium, stainless steel reactor can provide heating, cooling, constant temperature and other temperature conditions. Different temperatures correspond to different types of temperature support components, generally jacket, inner cooling coil, and so on. By injecting thermo-medium medium or refrigerant into the jacket and cooling coil, to heat or cool the reaction medium in the reactor.

The right picture is the structure drawing of a reactor. Figure 1 shows the jacket. Figure 2 shows the inner cooling coil. |
Fourth, according to the requirements of the reaction, the conditions of atmospheric pressure, negative pressure or high pressure are provided by the stainless steel reactor. During the reaction process, the pressure inside the reactor may change. This can be done by adjusting the flow rate of the heating or cooling medium, or by adjusting the pressure of the safety valve to ensure that the reaction is carried out under certain pressure conditions.
Finally, stainless steel reactors are generally fitted with sensors and control systems, through which the temperature, pressure, stirring speed and other parameters of the reactants are monitored in real time to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the reaction.
In short, the working principle of stainless steel reactor is to achieve the processing and treatment of reactants with slight corrosion property by heating or cooling, stirring, and pressure-controlling. In the process of use, it is necessary to reasonably set the working parameters according to the specific reactants and process requirements. And it is important to pay attention to operation and equipment maintenance at the same time. These are important factors to ensure the normal work of the reactor and improve the production efficiency.
