Structural description of the reactor for petrochemical

The reaction kettle for petrochemical engineering includes a kettle body and a support seat. 
The upper end of the kettle body connects a sealing cover for sealing the reaction kettle. This sealing cover crews to the kettle body with threads. In the middle of the seal cover. There is an explosion-proof valve, to avoid excessive internal pressure of the reaction kettle for pressure relief. 
The lower end of the sealing cover has a sealing ring, which is for sealing between the sealing cover and the kettle body. 
The right side of the sealing cover is a high-pressure pipe. The tube goes to a booster pump, which is for the increase of the vessel's pressure to discharge the reaction product.
The upper end of the high-pressure tube is to a pressure gauge, and the middle part of the support seat is to a rotating motor.
It can emulsify the reactants at the bottom of the reactor and collect the reaction precipitation. 
The rotating disk has sedimentation grooves. The upper end of the rotating disk connects to the rotating shaft, the middle part of which is the stirring impeller. 
The stirring impeller includes a mandrel, whose upper end connects an upper flange and a hub, and its lower end touches a lower flange and a rim.  In the middle of the mandrel is the curved surface of the impeller, that is spliced by a plurality of steel plates.
The external surface of the curved impeller connects an arc-shaped impeller. On the top of the rotating shaft is a shaft sleeve, and the upper end of the shaft sleeve is a support rod.
Inside the kettle body, there is a vibrator and an ultrasonic generator, that generates ultrasonic waves to drive the vibrator at a high frequency. So that prevents the reactants in the reactor from adhering to the inner wall of the reactor, and helps with cleaning.
A circulating water pipe is set in the middle of the internal wall of the kettle for hot water or cold water to increase or decrease the reaction temperature. The upper end of the circulating water pipe is for water going out, while the lower end is for water inlet. 
A discharge pipe is assembled, with an electromagnetic valve connecting its middle part for discharging.

The working principle of this type of reaction kettle: 

When beginning to operate,  open the sealing cover, put the reactants into the reaction kettle, close the sealing cover, and drive the rotating motor.
The rotating motor drives the rotating disk and the stirring impeller to control the reaction. 
The impeller has arc-shaped that rotates the fluid.  And other fluid enters through the center of the stirring impeller. 
After passing through the curved surface of the impeller, the pressure on the stirring impeller's surface is uniform, so the impeller can move stably to make the turning area stable and large. 
The temperature shows in real-time through the water in the circulating pipe.  After the reaction is finished,  the booster pump starts to work, getting reactant out via the discharge pipe.
The shaft is stable and reliable during the mixing, avoiding shaking and improving the stirring quality. 
In addition, the precipitation generated during the reaction comes into the precipitation groove through the rotating disk, which avoids flowing out with the reaction product and highly increases the output quality of the reactant.
